It uses guest counts, dish types, portion preferences, and the number of competing dishes to calculate practical quantities.
Can I change recommended dishes?
Yes. Edit a menu dish to select another approved dish from the same category, then confirm the replacement.
Can I assign dishes to guests?
Yes. Share the sign-up sheet so guests can claim a dish or tray contribution.
Can I change a tray recommendation?
Yes. Each dish shows compatible tray alternatives and the host chooses the final size.
Does Feastimator support vegetarian or Jain preferences?
Yes. Set dietary preferences while creating the potluck and the menu uses eligible dishes.
Can I create a grocery list?
Yes. Your selected menu generates a practical grocery and preparation plan.
